Exchange rules

Revised 15 October 2026

Draft. The text must be reviewed by a lawyer before publication.

This document describes how orders are created and executed, which limits and fees apply, and when a refund is possible.

1.General provisions

These rules set out the terms on which the service exchanges cryptocurrencies and pays out in fiat currencies. By creating an order, the client confirms their agreement with the rules in force at that moment.

The service may amend these rules. Amendments apply to orders created after the new revision is published; orders already created are executed under the rules in force when they were created.

2.Creating and executing an order

An order is created for a specific pair, amount and recipient address. The rate, the network fee and the amount to be received are shown before the order is created and are recorded in its card.

The order must be paid within the payment window. If the funds arrive later, the order is executed at the current market rate or refunded — at the client’s choice after contacting support.

  • The payment window is 15 minutes from the moment the order is created.
  • A fixed rate holds for 15 minutes.
  • A floating rate is recalculated when the funds arrive.
  • Funds are sent once the required number of network confirmations is reached.

3.Limits and fees

The minimum and maximum amounts depend on the currency and the network and are shown directly in the exchange widget. An amount below the minimum or above the maximum is not executed automatically.

The network fee of the received currency is charged to the client. It is shown as a separate line in the calculation and is already deducted from the amount to be received. The service fee is included in the rate.

4.Networks and addresses

The client chooses the network and provides the recipient address. The service validates the address format but cannot determine whether the address belongs to the client.

Sending funds on a network other than the one stated in the order, or to an address of another network, may lead to the irreversible loss of funds. For networks that require a Memo or Destination Tag, omitting it may prevent the funds from being credited.

5.Refunds

A refund is possible if the funds are technically available to the service and the sender has been identified. A refund is made less the network fee.

The service does not guarantee the return of funds sent on an unsupported network, to an address of another network, or without a required Memo / Destination Tag.

6.Screening and suspension

Incoming transactions go through automatic AML screening. A transaction with a high risk score suspends execution of the order until the circumstances are clarified.

A payout in fiat currency may require identity verification. The recipient details must belong to the client.

7.Support and disputes

Support works around the clock. When contacting us, quote the order number — without it the circumstances of the exchange cannot be established.

Disputes are resolved using blockchain data and the internal operations log.
